From Fez to Rabat, Morocco’s most civilized city
We will set off our journey from Fez to Rabat,The contemporary and historical capital of the kingdom.
The city is pinpointed on the Atlantic Ocean coastline, at Bou Regreg inlet river.
During this one day outing in Rabat, we will explore the olden days of the city including its towers and castles.
Besides the new town as one of the most updated urban projects being constructed in Africa in the last century.
The antiquated part involves Hassan Mosque, the Almohad gates and bulwark, the only outlasting part of the project for a great capital city of Almohad.
The guide will lead you to an outing through the delightful Almohads walls of the Udayays Kasabah.
As a landmark of Almohad martial design, you will discover Bab Oudaïa, a majestic gate of Almohad dynasty.
The coming step will be the Udayays museum.
And before removing to the medina, slacken in the Moorish fashion yard.
As soon as you have your lunch, keep on walking to Hassan Tower, which forms an important historical and tourist complex in Rabat.
It is an incomplete Islamic mosque whose founder died before being fully constructed.
Now we shift to Chella, the Necropolis site situated on an antique area.
From there to the Majestic Royal Palace.
The visitors will find out the charming Islamic archeticture.
The guests have the right to visit Al Mechoaur, the locality where the king led the religious feast prayers and amazing grassy gardens by its surrounding.
